DK MAKES IT HAPPEN! 11/18/2013

I brought my 2009 Camry in for rear brake service. I told my service technician "DK" that I needed to be out of there by noon - although the job was scheduled to be complete by 1245. DK came to me at 11:30 - JOB DONE! He told the shop to put two guys on the job to expedite the brake job. I'm a happy camper and applaud DK's extra level of customer service and "can do" attitude! Thanks DK. more

Excellent service and competetively prices cars! 11/18/2013

Capitol was great to deal with. They had very competitive pricing and were worth the drive from Portland. Crystal Asman, internet director, was terrific, and straightened out a few curves we had on the way. Overall an excellent experience. Most importantly, they take care of their customers. We will definitely look here again for our next car. more

My recent service experience with Capitol Toyota was a great experience. The service tech greated me promptly and gathered me vehicle information. He explained all the services that were going to be performed and answered all of my questions. The wait time was reasonable and was ontime with what my expectations of the service completion. more

Routine service 11/6/2013

I have had all routine services for my 2010 Prius done at Capitol. They are always friendly, prompt and thorough. I have used McMinnville Toyota for another car and will probably not go back there if I don`t have to. Capitol is far superior. more

As in the past, I was treated with courtesy and prompt care. I was impressed by the new procedure of scheduling an appointment during the initial call rather than being transferred to a technician and then arranging the time for an appointment, etc. more
