I bought a 2014 mustang on Friday however they didn't have the color I wanted but they found one for me and was to be delivered to my home on Tuesday evening so we done all the paper work and put a 10,000 down payment on it. I had never bought a brand new car so i was excited, that didn't last long. We get a call on Monday telling us it was going to be at least 2 weeks before we could get the car. Needing to get back and forth to work I asked if they would provide a loaner car, i waited all day and called them 4 times with no response but eventually they did agree, however it was a ford focus not even close to a mustang that i had purchased plus I had to go pick it up (1.5 hour drive) with that I told them to forget the rental and bummed a ride to work with a friend. When I got home from work my husband and I called them on speaker phone, they wanted to know what they could do for this HUGE inconvenience, we requested that they pay for a set of different wheels on the car, or I wanted my down payment back and the purchase be canceled. He said he had to talk to his boss and call me back. About 15 minutes later he calls back and they said the boss told him that it was too big of a loss for their company that they would not be willing to do that. The customer price on the wheels was 800.00 so for them I would be surprised if it would cost them half that. So we canceled the purchase and the down payment. \r
For my first new car buying experience it was HORRIBLE, I was promised something they could not deliver, lied to, given the run around and then was told they would compensate for their mistakes and my HUGE inconvenience at my request for different wheels they laughed in my face.\r

So I hope that those 800.00 wheels is worth the loss of my future business and Capital Ford's reputation because I will share my horrible experience with everyone I talk to.\r
