                    The service department is dishonest and unapologetic about it! Apparently $200 is over the threshold amount where Capital Ford is willing to toss decency and honesty to the curb. The sales department may be great (I don't know) but avoid the service department!	
	
I went in thinking I needed a key fob to deactivate the security system on my recently purchase Suzuki (bought private party).  After they told me a key fob would be $200, I asked if there was any other way to deactivate the system.  They told me no - the key fob was the only way.  Only to learn from their own technician that was not true.  After I paid for the fob, their tech took 2 minutes and a screwdriver and deactivated the system!!  	
	
An honest mistake, perhaps, but management refused to refund me ANY of the money!  I was willing to pay for the tech's time....I just wanted a refund for the stupid key fob that I didn't need!!!
