one satisfied customer! 5/18/2010

I had a two things done by the Glass Doctor. I was able to get a quote over the phone for my glass table top & they sent someone out the same day to show me some samples and catalogs for a frameless shower. They were very professional and worked within my budget. I had everything done within a week! more

Glass Doctor is a ripoff and a scam 8/20/2007

I had a small 24x26" wood window that a soccer ball broke. We've had it fixed several times before, each time was $50-65. Glass Doctor won't give you a quote over the phone and requires a mandatory $35 fee to come out and give a quote. The tech looked at it for a minute and quoted me $240 without a guarantee and $292 with a guarantee. I have copies of the prior invoices showing the prior repair costs, the last was $52. So I refused the wok but was still out the $35 for a 1 minute appraisal. With Glass Doctor you lose either way. Either you get nothing done and they do no work and go home with 70% of what they would have made anyway or you get the work done and pay six times the normal fee. more

Highway Robbery! DON'T get your window fixed here!! 3/19/2007

The Glass Doctor is an outrageously overpriced franchise. They wanted to charge me close to $300 to replace a very easy to get to small, thin window in my house. They charge more than a highly skilled computer technician for their simple labor: over $120 an hour. They will not give you a quote over the phone because you would say "no" right away. Instead they want you to pay over $30 just to look at your job. This is highway robbery. Don't support their scam! more

Glass! 9/30/2005

The Glass Doctor is a cool place to get your car's glass fixed at. They do a great professional job and the quality of the service is great and clean. I have no complaints about this place, and if you need glass, then this is one place that should definitely be on your list of places to check out. Prices are very decent as well. more

GREAT 6/24/2005

When someone broke my small rear triangle window to steal merchandise from the inside of my car, people estimated that I would be paying 400-500$ to get the thing replaced. What a hassle - how could I take my car anywhere with a broken window? The compromised security made my car totally useless, but I had to go to work in the morning. Not only did they come to my workplace to replace the window right away in the morning, within 15 minutes of my call, but they also vaccuumed the glass shards from my interior, left me a nice note with a coupon, a fridge magnet with their number and a can of complimentary window polish. And they did their work on-site in at my work parking lot. All that cost only $200, everything included. I've never written such a glowing review about anything, but this one is well deserved. more
