Great Local Find! 10/1/2010

Its hard to find a good grooming salon, i have tried a few places and was never happy with service or quality. But now I can confidently say that i have found the best pet grooming place for my dog. The groomer did a great job on my dog's haircut. \r The customer service is great, they take the time to explain and offer you all the different options of service. I recommend there special spa treatment, it has solved my dogs skin problems (a problem my vet could not fix). \r They also have a very good program for people who are regulars called the CLUB. Its worth the $10 to join, because i receive so many discounts and rewards. \r In all, this place is a find!! Enjoy!!\r more

Last choice for pet grooming 7/17/2009

This is the last place I would ever recommend! They are not senior pet friendly and the customer service is definitely lacking! I was a regular and asked for the usual cut and they shaved my dog down to nothing (he looked awful)! They are disorganized to where they sent my dog's collar home with another client. When I called to verify that my collar had been returned, a staff member clarified it was there and I went back and it was not there. It took them a couple days to return my collar!!!\r \r Cons: Customer Service more

Wonderful Shop! 10/8/2007

The staff are very nice at Bubbles and are always trying to exceed your expectations. They are wonderful with my Papillon Molly and can even handle my obnoxious cat Bess! They also have a great range of holistic pet food and fun accessories and toys. Check them out! \r \r Pros: Personal, friendly, professional, knowledgable. Cons: None! more
