This is the last place I would ever recommend! They are not senior pet friendly and the customer service is definitely lacking! I was a regular and asked for the usual cut and they shaved my dog down to nothing (he looked awful)! They are disorganized to where they sent my dog's collar home with another client. When I called to verify that my collar had been returned, a staff member clarified it was there and I went back and it was not there. It took them a couple days to return my collar!!!\r
