James was polite, timely and explained all of the work he was doing. We purchased a new unit and had an issue. He came out and corrected the issue. The team was helpful and lives up to the advertising it posts. Another great company we are proud to work with regarding our HVAC. James made us a new loyal customer! I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the quality of service that we received with of finding out our old unit died and the process that followed on choosing and having a new unit installed. Bryants and their personal that help us were great. They were very efficient and had us up and running with a new unit all in the same day. They answered all our questions and told us if we needed anything just to call. We appreciate all that they did for us and are enjoying the warmth of the new unit!! more

Not Happy with service 12/3/2016

I paid $179.00 fora "gold" service. I was told today's service would be no charge. My access to the heater is in the garage attire. The service techs need at least an 8 foot ladder to get up in the attic. I told this to the scheduling person(was Adamint about the 8 foot. Ladder). She told me no problem. When the tech arrived, he only had a 6 foot ladder. He got up on the ladder and stuck his head in the aces hole. Said he did not see any Water in the pan. In no way did he touch or actually looked at it. I wanted the tech to check it out.change filter whatever was needed. He did check out the a c unit, said it was good. Recommended the a c unit be leveled in the spring. I calledBryant Heating, explained what happened today. They are sending out another tech. All the other techs have gotten up in the attic with no trouble using a 6 foot ladder. So hope all goes well a on the next visit. Bryant Heating is willing to send out another tech,so I am pleased. more

Honest professional company 12/1/2016

Bryant Heating and Cooling of Lexington repaired my heater. The company's office help did an excellent job in determining my needs and in assigning a technician, who arrived within a couple hours. Brian S. was very professional, courteous, and willing to clearly explain the problem and possible solutions. He immediately ordered the part needed and returned, as soon as it was available, to install it. The company is very fair with their prices and are below competitors, yet they offer better service. I will definitely call them for any future problems. more

Best HVAC Company & Best Employees, Too! 11/21/2016

I called around 10:00 this morning and received a window TODAY! Greg called when he was on his way and arrived in the first half hour of the window! He listened patiently to my long winded version of what was happening with my heat. Then, he got right to work and resolved the issue in no time. I would recommend Greg with Bryant to anyone! It is a wonderful company with wonderful, professional, respectful employees. more

Replacement of furnace 11/21/2016

Raymond I and Nick were the two guys who came to install the new furnace. They were great. I gather that Nick was learning, and he seemed very interested and eager to do the job. I was very pleased with these two guys and would highly recommend them. more

Good service 11/18/2016

We have Bryant come out every spring and fall for service on furnace and AC. Every one that has come out has been very good. My father who is elderly and unable to change the filter, the tech will always do this for him. more
