Excellent work 7/1/2017

The contractors were friendly and very willing to answer questions. Worked hard. The service pro was Steve D. Bryant Heating/Cooling came to our home quickly and solved our AC problem. We bought a new one which we needed. Cost was high, but would be the same with others. Wanted quality work and got it. more

Great service 6/29/2017

I had a complete hvac system installed in July 2016. It has worked great and i have had no problems. I called this spring to get my spring maintenance done. I was impressed with the service i received. Quick response...arrived on time...very accurate information. Brian S. did a great job. I highly suggest using Bryant for your hvac needs. Ask for Brian S. to help you out. more

Excellent and fast service 6/14/2017

We had Greg E visit us and he was very professional and friendly. As first time home buyers our AC Unit was not working properly. He was able to help solve the problem swiftly and gave us options to choose what would be best for us. Fantastic customer service all round from making the appointment to turning up on time. Real friendly staff. more

I called them at 10:00 pm on Sunday and Ernie was at my house at 8:30 am the next morning. He worked on my air conditioner and had it up and running in no time! more

HVAC service 6/8/2017

My technician Ernie J., who works for Bryant Heating and Air-Lexington, Kentucky, came out to do a routine inspection of my system. He did an excellent job and found a problem and the problem was fixed the next day. I would highly recommend this company and service technician to do any kind of service on your HVAC systems. more

I called Bryant because I had a spike in my KU bill. Jason C had been recommended to me from a family member who had serviced her furnace recently. The call to Bryant was easy as was requesting the specific field tech. Jason was very thorough when he arrived at the home and answered all my questions once he was complete. I would recommend Bryant to anyone who is having heating and cooling issues! more
