I paid $179.00 fora "gold" service. I was told today's service would be no charge. My access to the heater is in the garage attire. The service techs need at least an 8 foot ladder to get up in the attic. I told this to the scheduling person(was Adamint about the 8 foot. Ladder). She told me no problem. When the tech arrived, he only had a 6 foot ladder. He got up on the ladder and stuck his head in the aces hole. Said he did not see any Water in the pan. In no way did he touch or actually looked at it. I wanted the tech to check it out.change filter whatever was needed. He did check out the a c unit, said it was good. Recommended the a c unit be leveled in the spring. I calledBryant Heating, explained what happened today. They are sending out another tech. All the other techs have gotten up in the attic with no trouble using a 6 foot ladder. So hope all goes well a on the next visit. Bryant Heating is willing to send out another tech,so I am pleased.
