Furnave and A/C Installation 9/17/2016

Carl H. and his crew from Bryant Heating and Cooling in Lexington installed my heating and air systems at my home. It was quite obvious that Carl knew what he was doing as he worked quickly and efficiently while paying attention to every detail of the installation. I am sure that I called the right people to do this five-star job. more

Central Air Service - Lexington 7/18/2016

Came home from trip on late Sat night and AC not cooling. Came on Sunday morning and very helpful. Jason W was able to fix system and answer all my questions quickly. Had AC restored by Sunday at noon. Would recommend using Bryant again in the future. matt k more

Recommending this company without reservation 7/15/2016

They visited my house within 24 hours (mostly on the same day) whenever I called. Other companies mostly took at least a week. Yes, at least. Very professional staffs. Good, reliable machines (I like Carrier). I would certainly recommend Bryant to my friend without reservation. more

Heat Pump Installed 6/27/2016

Adam was a very courteous young man who installed a new heat pump system. He explained how it works and advised they would be back on Monday to install the new thermostat and they were. I had Bryant Heating and Cooling install a new gas furnace last October and received the same service as well. When each job was completed, you would never know they had been here except for the new units which were operating beautifully. more

Good experience installing attic complete heating and cooling unit 6/26/2016

Positive experience with Bryan S. and his coworker. They installed an attic heating and cooling unit for me. They gave me notice when they were going to arrive to work on the job and they were prompt in arriving. They were courteous throughout the installation process and were great at answering questions I had. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves afterwards. Very positive experience with this pair of workers. more

INSTALLATION 6/15/2016

TIM AND ADAM DID A GREAT JOB REMOVING MY OLD UNIT AND INSTALLING THE NEW ONE. THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA AND GAVE ME EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHANGE THE FILTER AND PROGRAM THE THERMOSTAT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THEY CUT SOME BRANCHES OFF A TREE BEFORE ASKING ME IF THEY COULD. I WILL RECOMMEND BRYANT TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THE GUYS DID NOT STOP UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. SARA W. more

Broken furnace 6/11/2016

Furnace caught fire and Lee came next day and gave estimate. This stuff not cheap no more but I understand since I was in the business somtime ago. J Burroughs and his helper came with a new furnace and heat pump and took a few hours to install it.they didn't stop till it was finished and explained all the functions. They were very helpful.I'm a happy customer and will call them again if needed.I just hope it's another 21 years before I do. more

NOT SATISFIED 6/9/2016

Not satisfied at all. Was supposed to be there between 12 and 3. Showed up at 5:30 in the middle of our baby shower. Told us we must replace our unit for over $6200. Asked if he would just put Freon in and he said one pound would do nothing, two pounds would make it freeze up, so we had him put in 3 pounds. Charged us $150 a pound. Ridiculous Price!! Plus the $60 fee to come out. We will not call you again! more

Excellent Service 6/3/2016

Excellent Service. Brian S. and the other technician did an excellent job installing the new 2.5 ton carrier unit i bought from Bryant Heating and Cooling. I could not have asked for any better. After five hours of labor they were careful to explain everything to me cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be staying with Bryant for service and when the time comes to replace my second unit. Oh, did i also add that i got a $300 discount when i purchased the unit. That was facilitated by the first Tech that came to diagnose the problem. more
