Very pleased, exceptional service 10/14/2016

This was the second time James has been out to service our furnace/ac. We found him to be very knowledgable and thorough, as well as patient and a pleasure to have in our home. Our furnace is located in a crawl space. Entry to the space makes most furnace service people frown and speed through the service. So, James' thoroughness was very much appreciated. I will ask for him from now on. more

Bryant HVAC 10/12/2016

Bryant came out and did a fall check on my heat pump. The advised me on the condition of my heating system and suggested I replace. Robert was great in giving me all my options. Bryant came an installed my new heat that same day. Thanks Bryant and thank you Robert for your suggestions. more

Very pleased -Fall Servicing 10/11/2016

Jeremy C came out to do my Fall maintenance and was very polite and careful when moving his tools and equipment in and out of my house. He took the time to explain to me the results of his service tests and showed me how to change all of the filters throughout my house. He even installed a new programmable thermostat for me on the spot when I asked him if he could upgrade my old $15 one. Jeremy was on time showing up and worked quickly to get the job done. Very pleased overall. more

Furnace and A/C Installation 10/4/2016

The Bryant's Heating & Cooling crew with Gary C. in charge installed my new furnace and A/C and it was obvious from the start they were professionals. Gary and his crew paid attention to every detail and answered all my questions. He instructed me as to the operation of the thermostat, replacement of filters and gave me his number to call if I had any further questions. I am completely satisfied with his work. more
