Scammers? 6/20/2012

I'm extremely dissapointed by the deceptive business practices used by Carlos Flores (car seller) & Geraldine (Infinity, car insurance) at your car dealership. Geraldine makes you believe she's looking for the best insurance for you, when she's actually working for Infinity, and will give you a low price to have you sign the deal on the car based on that low number, that a month later you are going to magically find out through a letter from Infinity is actually higher! I also had to spend 2 hours on the phone with another Infinity representative to correct the mess she caused with the policy: she used the wrong Zipcode & the wrong car VIN, like if I had leased a 2 doors Coupe instead of a 4 doors Sedan. It's also unacceptable that it's been 5 months since I leased the 2012 Honda Civic and there's been no follow up on the $200 gas gift card that Carlos assured me I would receive within 4 weeks. When I went back there a month later, Carlos assured me again I would be receiving it 8 weeks after the contract was signed in January. I signed an overpriced lease for 3 years trusting the good name of Honda, trusting that your employees are honorable people that conduct themselves in a professional manner, standing by the good reputation Honda has built for the past 63 years of being truth to its clients. You got my business through deceptive practices. If this is the kind of people your dealership and Honda are involved in doing business with, then you lost one more loyal client for life. If you don't handle this situation properly, I'll have no choice but to finally take action against you. more

I just want to recognize a great work performed by Oscar Sanchez (Service Manager). After an awful experience related to my previous car's battery that nobody knew how to deal with in a professional manner, Oscar, who had taken over the position just recently, managed to stand by the unkept promises I previously received from others, including a manager by the name of Luis. I was there twice before I met him, and all I got from their staff was pure bullshit around the bush. On my third "visit", ready to take legal action against this unprofessional staff, I met Oscar, who patiently reviewed the whole thing & made things straight. Thanks to his professionalism, a big trouble caused by his incompetent colleagues was finally resolved, and on my fourth "visit", almost two months after my first one & a lot of inconveniences, I received my refund. A big THANK YOU for you, Oscar. You are a very professional gentleman who stands by his word. Your managers should be very proud of having you working by their side. Best wishes, Joel more

Hard Working/ Amazing 12/30/2010

Good: The great customer service and their perseverance in order to get me approved at the price range I was looking for.. Bad: I have no complaints. Improvements: None. This was my first time buying a car and it was wonderful.. Other: Today my boyfriend and I bought a Honda Fit and a beautiful Honda Accord. We spent all day at brickell Honda but they constantly offered refreshments and kindly directed us to the nearest restaurant incase we were hungry. I had no credit and my boyfriend didn't have the best credit either and they still got us approved at the payments we felt comfortable with. I constantly repeated how grateful I am that Carlos, Gilbert and Sam were all honest people just trying to help us get what we want. Thank you!. more

My wife and I were considering a Honda when our BMW X3 lease was up in order to save money. We dealt with Musico at Brickell Honda, and let me just say that it was a sheer delight to deal with his professionalism, courtesy and speedy service. I had called the dealer to see if they had the model and color we were considering and he confirmed they did. He welcomed us to come in and take it for a test drive so that when we were ready, we would have an idea of how the car handled. When we got to the dealer, he had a beautiful black 2010 Honda CRV ready for us to take a look at. Once my wife and I drove the car, we immediately fell in love with it! However, we still had 3 months lease payments left on the BMW. After some quick calculations and legwork, Musico was able to talk to his manager, Rick, and get us out the door with the new CRV and the final payments on the BMW paid for. On top of that, we are saving upwards of $500 a month on our new lease vs. the BMW. Needless to say, we are ecstatic and are very happy with our new CRV. We came to Miami for a weeklong business trip, with a plan to look around and maybe buy a car. Thanks to Christian Cruz from Miami’s Brickell Honda we were able to get our Honda Element 2008 in the first day of looking! Chris was willing to answer all of our questions and address all of the concerns. Even though we encountered some obstacles during the buying process (missing second key and some paperwork regarding certification) we are very happy with a quick promised help from Christian. Also, after the purchase we received several additional courtesy calls if we are completely satisfied with the dealer. And we have to honestly say we are and we love our new Honda “Eli” ? more

I purchased my 2008 CRV in Ft Lauderdale because I was a little apprehensive about buying a car in Miami due to negative past experiences with other dealers. However, some restrictions in my schedule made it difficult to drive 20 miles every time the service was due. Three weeks ago, I did not want to make the 20 miles drive for the oil change and I did some research on Honda Dealers in Miami. The reviews pointed towards Brickell Honda. Then, I took my car in early in the morning and picked it up after work in the evening. The staff was knowledgeable and they even offered me a complementary shuttle service to my office. They exceeded my expectations and next time I need to purchase a car I will do it at Brickell Honda. more

I bought a 2010 Honda Accord from Brickell Motors in May of 2010. I was upside down on my Nissan 350z and i was paying to much for it. So I spoke with a friend and she had referred me to Gus Guerra the Sales Director of Brickell motors. He was able to help me get out of my 350z and get me into a 2010 Accord EX-L. With the help of his assistant Frank i was able to pick the car with the right color and options i wanted on it. He was very knowlegdable of his product. Gus gave me a great price and the paper work process was very smooth thanks to Carlos of finance. You better believe i'll return to Brickell Motors to purchase another from them. If anyone is ever interested in buying a car dont hesitate to go to Brickell Motors and ask for Gus Guerra or his assistant Frank. more

I recently was the driver in a rollover crash and I was in the market for a new vehicle. Naturally, safety was my number one concern! I came to Brickell Honda and had the pleasure meeting Emil Kasumov. What a wonderful experience! He took his time and explained all the safety features that the Honda Accord has. He answered each of my questions patiently.Even the ones that I asked over again. He asked each one as if I had never asked it before. Never did he push me or rush me into anything like some other dealers have tried to do. He is a true asset to Brickell Motors. Their finance manager, Carlos Santos is another true asset of Brickell Motors. He worked with me patiently to get my financing just where I needed it to be. Brickell Motors is to be commended on the excellent customer service provided by their excellent staff. They are true assets to the corporation. I highly recommend Brickell Motors. Made my car buying experience easy 4/29/2009

They made buying a car easy. I got exactly what I wanted and I am loving my new car. Salesman Lionel was great with my son and even had a little treat for him. They followed up and contacted me over the weekend. That is great customer service and not something you see every day! They were also able to help me in installing and working a CD player and it is now working great! The car is great and I'm enjoying the ride. I have already started referring my friends and family to this dealership. more
