Good: The great customer service and their perseverance in order to get me approved at the price range I was looking for.. Bad: I have no complaints. Improvements: None. This was my first time buying a car and it was wonderful.. Other: Today my boyfriend and I bought a Honda Fit and a beautiful Honda Accord. We spent all day at brickell Honda but they constantly offered refreshments and kindly directed us to the nearest restaurant incase we were hungry. I had no credit and my boyfriend didn't have the best credit either and they still got us approved at the payments we felt comfortable with. I constantly repeated how grateful I am that Carlos, Gilbert and Sam were all honest people just trying to help us get what we want. Thank you!.
