I'm extremely dissapointed by the deceptive business practices used by Carlos Flores (car seller) & Geraldine (Infinity, car insurance) at your car dealership. Geraldine makes you believe she's looking for the best insurance for you, when she's actually working for Infinity, and will give you a low price to have you sign the deal on the car based on that low number, that a month later you are going to magically find out through a letter from Infinity is actually higher! I also had to spend 2 hours on the phone with another Infinity representative to correct the mess she caused with the policy: she used the wrong Zipcode & the wrong car VIN, like if I had leased a 2 doors Coupe instead of a 4 doors Sedan. It's also unacceptable that it's been 5 months since I leased the 2012 Honda Civic and there's been no follow up on the $200 gas gift card that Carlos assured me I would receive within 4 weeks. When I went back there a month later, Carlos assured me again I would be receiving it 8 weeks after the contract was signed in January. I signed an overpriced lease for 3 years trusting the good name of Honda, trusting that your employees are honorable people that conduct themselves in a professional manner, standing by the good reputation Honda has built for the past 63 years of being truth to its clients. You got my business through deceptive practices. If this is the kind of people your dealership and Honda are involved in doing business with, then you lost one more loyal client for life. If you don't handle this situation properly, I'll have no choice but to finally take action against you. more
