I recently was the driver in a rollover crash and I was in the market for a new vehicle. Naturally, safety was my number one concern! I came to Brickell Honda and had the pleasure meeting Emil Kasumov. What a wonderful experience! He took his time and explained all the safety features that the Honda Accord has. He answered each of my questions patiently.Even the ones that I asked over again. He asked each one as if I had never asked it before. Never did he push me or rush me into anything like some other dealers have tried to do. He is a true asset to Brickell Motors.
Their finance manager, Carlos Santos is another true asset of Brickell Motors. He worked with me patiently to get my financing just where I needed it to be. Brickell Motors is to be commended on the excellent customer service provided by their excellent staff. They are true assets to the corporation. I highly recommend Brickell Motors. I will defintely return to Brickell Motors the next time I need to buy another car!!!!!!! Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience!!!!!!!
