Great Service 7/7/2018

Appreciate receiving notifications when service is due. Service people are courteous and professional. Air/heating unit is doing very well all seasons. Cannot ask for more. Keep up the great work! P. S. I tried to submit a review earlier, but there was a glitch that would not let me submit one. Tried several times, but to no avail. Hopefully this will work. Juan more

I've have positive experience with Boykin, however yesterday service call was not the case. 7/6/2018

Appointment time was scheduled 4-5 pm. Technician arrived after six. Said I needed some type of compassitor, said the one on the unit was operating at 34.36 and 36 was acceptable. He turn the thermostat down to 68 and did not readjust it before he left. Did you stop the comfort care club because he did not mention it. more

Appreciate the earlier than appointment service 6/19/2018

An air conditioner was not coolling in 95-100 degree weather. I requested a technician to diagnose the problem. Nothing was available until the next day. However, a short while later because of a cancellation the technician came the same day I called. - Eric was prompt, courteous and worked quickly. Thank you very much! more

Price of Service 5/15/2018

I found that the price to fix 1 small leak, vaccuum and recharge my system with 8 lbs of 410a, to be very expensive..over $1000... Especially when you can get the 25lb bottle of 410a on Amazon for less than $100... Other than that, Chris (Technician) was very friendly and knowledgeable...5 stars to him..... more

I would recommend Boykin to any one , not just because the service is excellent but for the convenients of knowing that they come twice a year and would catch a problem while it is still an inexpensive fix. The staff is always polite and knowledgeable.and the company as a whole is great. more

We will probably use Boykin Air Conditioning again 7/5/2017

Boykin Air Conditioning Services installed a heating and air unit--a Trane--and it was our first time using the company. Booking an appointment for the service was fine--and the turnaround time, well, it took a little while, about three or four days for them to get the unit in after ordering it. The installer was on time and professional, and the heating and air unit is working fine. more
