They Meet Their Appointments, Explain What Needs to Be Done 6/6/2017

I appreciate Boykin Air Conditioning Services because they meet their appointments and they explain what needs to be done. They are out here regularly to service my AC unit. The last time was about 2 weeks ago. I had an issue which they took care of. The pricing is fine. It's a good reliable service. more

Great Experience 5/23/2017

They did a good job. I heard from someone I know that they have a reputation for being the best and most expensive in town. I hired them to do some repair and maintenance work on one of my rental properties, and I haven't experienced any issues thus far. There haven't been any complaints from the tenants about the service technicians arriving late or not finishing the job, which is great. I'm happy to keep using their services. more

The people at Boykin Air Conditioning Services are great! I have been a repeat customer for a good number of years now. I use only their services as they do good work. They provide quality customer service and are always reliable. Their pricing is more than fair for the services they offer. The crew has taken care of all of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. They have replaced units and do ongoing maintenance for us. They have done just about everything we need in regards to HVAC. I highly recommend them and will continue to use Boykin Air Conditioning Services. more

Some Of The Finest AC Technicians Around! 4/12/2017

I have a maintenance contract with Boykin Air Conditioning Services and I would absolutely recommend them and I already have! They recently did a crawl space encapsulation for me and it was a big job. But, they did it extremely well! They always show up on time and are absolutely respectful of my home. The technicians are really friendly. I compared the pricing with several other companies, and it is really fair. They have some of the finest AC technicians around. I really have had no problems with them at all! more

Easy to Work With and Reliable 3/27/2017

The last time I called Boykin Air Conditioning Services there was an issue with my air conditioner and one of their workers helped to resolve the issue and get the AC going for me. I've been using service 10-12 years by now. I don't have a maintenance contract, I just call them when I need them. I keep going back because their service is good and they resolve whatever issue I have. They don't have to keep coming back and fixing the same thing over and over. They are good, qualified workers who are good at what they do. They're easy to work with and they are reliable. They show up whenever you need them. more

Boykin Air Conditioning Services come in and put in a unit for me, and I was really pleased with their work. I have a heating and air conditioning unit up in the ceiling, and he just installed that. The installers was real nice--they were on time and they told me what was what. I'm happy with the work. more

Top Quality Company! 3/10/2017

Boykin Air Conditioning Services came out again and did the annual inspection on our AC unit and everything was fine. I like that they keep up on the routine maintenance evaluations and are proactive when it comes to the care of the units. This is a great company and they are always on time for the service calls. They communicate very well and even offer an after hours calling service for us to use. I like that because we speak to a person as opposed to just leaving a message and crossing fingers. They are customer driven, courteous, and we have never had any issues with them at all. I particularly appreciate that they are a local, home town company and have a history with the homes around here. We see them around the neighborhood quite often and it feels good to know we picked the right company. I'm very satisfied with everything they offer and am happy to be their customer. I often recommend them to others and will continue to do so. more

good quality service and very reliable 1/4/2017

I'm happy with the service I get from Boykin Air Conditioning. They've always come when I called them. If we have an issue we don't have to wait days for them to come. We're on their comfort care plan, so they come out twice a year to check on the system even if there's no problem. I'm happy with the plan. The price is average but I'm not really sure what other places are like. They provide good quality service and that's what I was looking for. more
