Appointment time was scheduled 4-5 pm. Technician arrived after six. Said I needed some type of compassitor, said the one on the unit was operating at 34.36 and 36 was acceptable. He turn the thermostat down to 68 and did not readjust it before he left. Did you stop the comfort care club because he did not mention it.
