Boykin Air Conditioning Services installed a heating and air unit--a Trane--and it was our first time using the company. Booking an appointment for the service was fine--and the turnaround time, well, it took a little while, about three or four days for them to get the unit in after ordering it. The installer was on time and professional, and the heating and air unit is working fine.
