Great work, very reliable 12/21/2016

I thought the services I got from Boykin Air Conditioning Services were real good. I would say that they are really a company you can depend on. Luckily I haven't had to repair anything lately, we had bought a new unit from them about 3 years ago, and twice a year the people from Boykin come out to check it, they always arrive right at the time they scheduled, and the check ups always go well and without any issues. I will definitely continue to use Boykin Air Conditioning Services when I need, and I highly recommend their services. more

Prompt service! 12/5/2016

Boykin Air came out because our heater wasn't working, and they got it working within an hour within in the same day. It was our first time using them, we would use them again. They were on time coming out, as well. I think the woman's name who helped us was Denise, she was very nice. Our heater is patched up and working now. more

We had an AC unit installed recently by Boykin Air Conditinoing Services at our place of business. The technicians were very polite. They made sure to cover the floor to make sure that they didn't bring any debris in on our new flooring. They even came in and worked on a Saturday to get the job done. They were very professional. The AC system is still operating well. We did have them come out to do repair on a different unit, however, and the service on that occasion was great as well. more

We have been using Boykin's comfort care program for a number of years. No problems because their technician, Melissa, finds problems before they became disasters. For instance on the last visit, she found a malfunctioning water pump. The next day, it was replaced before a water leak could have caused a massive ceiling repair job. System works well and is saving us money,. more

The technician came on time. She changed her routine to accommodate the terminex man. She also allowed me to move the dogs , so they create any problems. She was very professional and quick. I feel confident with her knowledge and effort. more
