We have a heat pump unit which is an orphan in this area. Boykin stepped up when we were in a real bind and Eric learned the unit and even though it was a "one off". That was service beyond the call. The unit is now functioning well and we are on Boykin's scheduled service program. I could not recommend them more highly. more

Eric did a great job troubleshooting our problem and found the culprit responsible for the erratic operation of our gas pack....a spiders nest. He's our preferred technician on future calls. Hold on to this young man, He's rare these days. Ray Blanchette more

We have been using Boykin Air Conditioning Services for over 18 years and we have always been happy with their service. When they came out this last time they put in an air conditioner on our screen in porch. Everything turned out really well. Their workers are prompt and respectful. I have and will recommend Boykin Air Conditioning Services and we will continue using them! more

It has been great doing business with Boykin Air Conditioning Services. I had them out to install air conditioner units in four single-family homes. Everything turned out great. The techs seem very confident. Their brand of service is excellent. I would definitely recommend using them. more

Boykin Professional 10/29/2018

Had recent inspection, servicing then - as recommended - total replacement of my home HVAC (attic air handler and outside heat pump). Each of the visits were by thoroughly trained, courteous and professional technicians. They even went so far as NOT installing unnecessary components that would’ve been an added expense. They’re honest folks! Reliable. Highly recommended by me!! more
