We have a heat pump unit which is an orphan in this area. Boykin stepped up when we were in a real bind and Eric learned the unit and even though it was a "one off". That was service beyond the call. The unit is now functioning well and we are on Boykin's scheduled service program. I could not recommend them more highly.
