I went here for lunch with co-workers. A few of us ordered pop; it was served in small glasses. The server kept asking if we wanted more pop, we accepted and she refilled our glasses. Then we got the bill... we were charged full price for each refill. We asked the manager at the counter when we paid about it, he pointed to the price of pop on the menu. We noted that there was no mention of charging for refills. We were polite; the manager was rude, said ""you must not be from Chicago"" as if all restaurants in Chicago scammed their patrons? We are in fact from Chicago, we told him. His reply? ?Well this isn?t McDonald?s.? Charming man, really. Great business sense. We paid for the refills, but the attitude was free.
Pros: Not crowded
Cons: There's a reason it's not crowded
