Kalen is such a class act. It is very evident he loves what he does. He has tremendous knowledge of all aspects of plumping. I have an older home with the original cast iron plumbing. Kalen explained to me what was wrong with each issue, which there were many, and suggested several options to correct each of the issues I had. Kalen replaced all plumping and water pipes plus other items which took most of the week to complete. He made sure I understood the work that he was performing. Kalen made sure I wasn't inconvenienced at the end of each day leaving me without water, etc. Kalen has an amazing work ethic. Kalen is a true artist and does absolutely superior work. Kalen has tremendous energy and ended each day with the same energy and enthusiasm that he began with. Kalen is a true professional! Kalen, the plumber, arrived within about 20 minutes of our call about a leaking shower spigot which would not shut off and was losing nearly 1 Gal/min. He was extremely friendly and courteous, and determined that the 30 year old valve cartridge governing both water on/off, and water temp in the shower had failed and needed replacement. For something this old, I assumed he would be telling us he would have to shut off all water to the house and return the next day, or even after the weekend with a replacement unit. Instead, he went out to his truck, which looked like a plumbing supply store on wheels, and immediately produced the necessary replacement item. He had it installed within half an hour, leaving the tub/shower spotlessly clean and all towels and toiletries exactly as he had found them. You'd never know that such extensive repairs had taken place minutes earlier. Costs were completely reasonable, and, by signing an inexpensive (less than $10/mo) service contract, we saved virtually the cost of the entire year's outlay for the service contract, which permits to obtain two free plumbing inspections per year, or to use one of these inspections eliminate the cost of the service call itself, should we need another repair, as well as providing a significant discount again. I highly recommend Bob Hamilton Plumbing, and, particularly, would recommend you request Kaylen, if he is available. more

The service and information Carl went over with us was very informative and clear. Having just moved into this house has been quite an experience. Carl explained the problems we are having and some very good options to correct the problems. At this time we are just not quite ready to take on additional expense, but will consider all the options and will consider the services he explained. There were complicaTIONS THAT OCCURED YET HE APPROCAHED THE WORK TO MAKER IT RIGHT. nOT ONLY TO MAKE IT RIGHT BUT TO DO IT IN A WAY THAT WAS VERY FUCTIONAL. I wanted to say what a great job Bob Hamilton did for me. I had plumbing issues with a house I just bought. I called on Monday afternoon, and had a plumber come out the next morning. Mr. Paul Smith came out on time, ready to go. He inspected the work I wanted done, gave me an estimate, and immediately started the work. He was fast, friendly, and clean. He also went the extra mile in answering mine and my brother's questions about different plumbing issues. If you want a professional plumber, I highly recommend Bob Hamilton! more

While I don't like this method of rating the service, I did like Jeff's service itself. He did my system check, and found a simple solution to my problem with the ac. Jeff was polite, and exceeded my expectations of service. Thanks. The one complaint I do have is with scheduling, not with Jeff. I was supposed to have a morning appointment. I was called at 11:45 am to say that ac service could not occur until the temperature was 55 degrees. Jeff did not arrive until around 2. I understand the problem, but I had to be home until the service was complete. I don't quite understand why you couldn't let me know about the delay until my day was half done... It's not like it was a surprise to you. My time is valuable, too. more

In deep frustration, phoned Bob Hamilton Plumbing, whom we had used succesfully before and Sam and Earl came out to look over the problem. They were clean, polite, knowledgable and gave us the estimate. Then, they suprised us by saying that they could do the job right then and there! Sam really "knew his stuff" allayed my Husband's concerns, answered all the questions and "WOW"-- problem solved. more

The service Paul did was very good. My main complaint is the cost of the service considering that I had already purchased the materials needed for the job. A little over $700. for 1-1/2 hours of labor is very excessive. I have doubts about using this company again. more
