In deep frustration, phoned Bob Hamilton Plumbing, whom we had used succesfully before and Sam and Earl came out to look over the problem. They were clean, polite, knowledgable and gave us the estimate. Then, they suprised us by saying that they could do the job right then and there! Sam really "knew his stuff" allayed my Husband's concerns, answered all the questions and "WOW"-- problem solved.
