Super Job!! 10/4/2011

My floor drain in the basement was backing up when I did laundry. I called Bob Hamilton because of their ad in the yellow pages. Paul S came on time, followed all the amenitites of floor mat, booties, tarps, etc and went right to work. He diagnosed that it was a main drain problem, and I thought it might be too...tree roots invading the pipe about 100 feet out from the house. He finished the job within what seemed like minutes. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and couldn't have provided better service! I was delighted to find out I could request him if I need a plumber in the future. Great value too... $99.00 special on main drains. Thanks, Paul S! more

Overcharged, dishonest 9/21/2011

They came out to my house and estimated work time was 3 hours and a $315 bill. When it only took 45 minutes to fix the problem, the plumber for Bob Hamilton still wanted $315. I paid, and called the office to complain. After 6 phone calls, the "manager wasn't in", and none of my phone calls were ever returned. A ripoff company, don't do business with them. more

Plumbing Maintenance 3/21/2011

Alex Manrique with Bob Hamilton Plumbing performed a thorough inspection of my plumbing (including all outdoor and indoor faucets and drains) and performed the necessary repairs. Mr. Manrique was very polite in advising me of recommended repairs and answering my questions. I believe I would use this service again in the future. more

Trustworthy and Reliable 12/20/2005

This is only the second time we've had to call a plumber in the entire time we've been in Kansas City. We had another pipe burst, and after hearing the Bob Hamilton Plumbing jingle on the radio time after time, we decided to give them a call. What a nice guy, true to the commercials and he does honest and reliable work as well. We'll call him again if we are ever in need of plumbing, heating or AC services. more

Bob Hamiltoon, Great Guy, Good Job 7/10/2005

I had Bob Hamilton come install A/C at my house a couple years ago, and he did a great job. Not only did he do a good job, but also he was a good guy to talk to. He was nice, and I actually found out that he is part of my parish. My house felt so good after the air conditioner was installed. I recommend Bob Hamilton 100% 5 Stars more
