Kalen is such a class act. It is very evident he loves what he does. He has tremendous knowledge of all aspects of plumping. I have an older home with the original cast iron plumbing. Kalen explained to me what was wrong with each issue, which there were many, and suggested several options to correct each of the issues I had. Kalen replaced all plumping and water pipes plus other items which took most of the week to complete. He made sure I understood the work that he was performing. Kalen made sure I wasn't inconvenienced at the end of each day leaving me without water, etc. Kalen has an amazing work ethic. Kalen is a true artist and does absolutely superior work. Kalen has tremendous energy and ended each day with the same energy and enthusiasm that he began with. Kalen is a true professional!
