Great Job! Kendall came out at 11pm the end of a very long day of running many service calls on a very cold day, quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue (no heat because of low gas pressure, outside temp 15F !!) and helped me persuade BGE that it really was their gas company problem. Professional, competent and a logical troubleshooter in every way. Thanks Kendall! more

Mike W was very efficient, respectful and very patient in getting The Nest thermostat installed and linked to my phone. He made sure the themostat was working properly before leaving and was very open to explaining how the thermostat works and answering any questions. It was pleasure working with Mike. more

Thomas (hfe35) was very informative and explained everything he did in detail. He even showed me how to open and close the areas where the heating and air comes from. He took his time look over the rooms, cleaned and replaced my filter. Educated me on how often to change them out and informed me about the background of the heating system installed. He's very professional, polite and makes sure you understand what you need to. To top it all off he left literature about the heating/ airing system and how to stay on task with everything. I had a great experience today. Kudos to Thomas, outstanding guy! more

We can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Blue Dot. Our sales person, Dan, was very professional and helpful and didn't pressure us or rush us at all. He answered all of our questions and gave us various options to choose from. He also advised that the installation could take place the same week that he gave us the estimate which we were pleasantly surprised to hear since it has gotten very cold here and we assumed they would be too busy to take on our job for a few weeks. The installers and technicians that came out to our house were the BEST !!! Norm, Kevin and Robbie were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we feel they were very knowledgeable and conscientious about their work. We felt very comfortable knowing that they were the ones replacing major systems in our home. Our job was a rather large one (furnace, cac and hot water heater) and they worked all day long (didn't even leave for a lunch break !) They wore booties in the house and cleaned the entire area before leaving. They were even very kind to our dogs :) We would definitely recommend Blue Dot to anyone for their heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks SO much Dan, Norm, Kevin and Robbie !!! Robert P. and Jacob of Blue Dot Services installed the DAIKIN Air Conditioner and Heating system this Friday October 24, 2014, and these guys are exceptional craftsmen. The installation is exquisite, a work of art. These guys are well mannered, they explained the critical components of the system and how those parts and device function, they explained how to take care, maintain and service the system. They are customer focused, respectful, as well as courteous. The installation was completed over a 12 hour period. They arrived on time, keep the work area clean, and removed the complete old AC/Heating system. Robert and Jacob are extraordinary people, exceptional Installers and Service Technicians. 5 stars are not enough for these guys. The Blue Dot Service Team is outstanding is the best. Gladly recommended Blue Team to neighbors and friends. more

These guys did a great job, laid down tarps to keep my floors clean . I was amazed the got the air handler up into the attic but they did!! Great job would recommend them. more

He came to do the assessment of my heat pump to be sure we were ready for air conditioning season.He listened me as I explained my concerns about the compressor then checked EVERYTHING ...the airflow from the vents, he freon levels , the thermostat and changed the air filter etc. etc.. He also explained what happened this winter when we saw ice on the compressor..We definitely want him assigned to our house for all our future service calls... thank you MR.R.H !!!! more
