We called Blue Dot because we needed a new furnace, central air conditioner and extensive duct work. A representative came to our home that day. We had an estimate two days later and installation began a week after that. Everyone from the initial visit until the job was completed was very polite, their work was excellent, our home was clean when they left, and we are thrilled. Ben, Don B. and Brad M. were great. Thank you so much! more

I have called and left several messages for Tamika who have not returned my calls. I think that returning of phone calls to customers is very important since I have been a customer for a long time and have referred a lot of people to them who used them to install their units. If I am not longer wanted as a customer then I can accept that and move along. But will make that no one I know use them again. I will put that in my community news letter. more

We can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Blue Dot. Our sales person, Dan, was very professional and helpful and didn't pressure us or rush us at all. He answered all of our questions and gave us various options to choose from. He also advised that the installation could take place the same week that he gave us the estimate which we were pleasantly surprised to hear since it has gotten very cold here and we assumed they would be too busy to take on our job for a few weeks. The installers and technicians that came out to our house were the BEST !!! Norm, Kevin and Robbie were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we feel they were very knowledgeable and conscientious about their work. We felt very comfortable knowing that they were the ones replacing major systems in our home. Our job was a rather large one (furnace, cac and hot water heater) and they worked all day long (didn't even leave for a lunch break !) They wore booties in the house and cleaned the entire area before leaving. They were even very kind to our dogs :) We would definitely recommend Blue Dot to anyone for their heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks SO much Dan, Norm, Kevin and Robbie !!! Richard h. From Blue Dot came out to fix my heating issue which was so simple as flicking a switch. Ugh the life of a new homeowner. He also checked my hair flow to my basement which is used a lot for entertaining. He was very professional. He answered all my questions with a full explanation of everything. He could have easily ripped me off and overcharged me for service but he was very honest and fast. I would definitely use this service again in the future and highly recommend Richard H. Blue Dot did a great job installing our new HVAC unit! Matt G.and Steve were excellent! They did a great job getting the old heating /AC unit out of our attic and put a new one in it's place. Problem with ""dirty sox"" smell and called Blue Dot.\r Kevin L. came out within an hour of the call and he\r quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it. Additionally,\r he installed an air scrubber in our AC system. The process\r took less than a half hour and now our house smells\r fresh and cool, too! Thank you Blue Dot for prompt service\r and solution to the ""dirty sox"" smell! more

Was having a problem with the outside pipes freezing over. Kevin L. arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Very fast, courteous, and professional, and gave the entire system a quick check, too. Outstanding service! more

I want to say THANK YOU to Mark Bartholomew, Supervisor for working with me over a 4 month period to resolve the billing dispute I had due to a defective part in my Carrier Heat Pump. He sent several technicians to inspect the unit and always returned my calls. He was patient, courteous and professional throughout this ""ordeal"" (for me) and he sent me refunds to cover the excessive BGE charges.\r I also want to thanbk Jeff Martin, specialist # HCC08, for coming back as soon as possible to add refrigerant after the last major repair. He was respectful of our property , courteous, and he answered all of my questions. \r I will recommend Blue Dot to all of my neighbors and friends. more

THIS REVIEW PROCESS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE.I'M ONLY PROCEDING BECAUSE DARREN R WAS SO GOOD WHEN HE SERVICED MY AIR AND HEATING UNIT 11/12/12.This is more than I can say for the rest of your company.specfical your supervisors,your coustomer service ieNICOLE SPAGNA,AND JEFF STAGNOLI.They have letters that I sent them in July and August 2012.,I have yet to have a response, my experience with BLUE DOT has been awful.I had a new unit installed and it was a nightmare.The saga started JUNE 5TH AND WAS NOT RESOLVED UNTIL JULY 16.You can find all this in your records.This experience has left me with little regard for your company. more
