Thomas (hfe35) was very informative and explained everything he did in detail. He even showed me how to open and close the areas where the heating and air comes from. He took his time look over the rooms, cleaned and replaced my filter. Educated me on how often to change them out and informed me about the background of the heating system installed. He's very professional, polite and makes sure you understand what you need to. To top it all off he left literature about the heating/ airing system and how to stay on task with everything. I had a great experience today. Kudos to Thomas, outstanding guy!
