Cold customer service left us in the cold 1/19/2016

The customer support is terrible. I called at 1030 pm and was excited when they said they could have someone out here by 1am. I am a single mom to a 1 year old with weather in the teens that night. Yes, I was going to stay up and wait for a tech to show up even though I had to be up at 4. No one showed up. No one called me. I called customer service back up and was put on hold while Shelby and Carrie gave me a blanket excuse for my technician not showing up but were unable to contact the technician when I requested a definitive yes or no if he was still coming. Their website boasts about their award winning service you can count on, even in the middle of the night. Well my 1 year old in a 50 degree house (so far) and I will have to disagree with that. more

Excellent experience 1/19/2016

our furnace died on a Saturday, and James R came out same day and diagnosed problem.He explained and showed us what was wrong. On Sunday am Mario came and discussed our options for units and payment options thoroughly without us feeling pressured in any way. On Monday morning, Montre and Carlos arrived on time and worked all day and installed furnace and AC units. ALL the employees were professional, courteous,friendly and answered all our questions. Montre explained everything he did, showed me how to work new thermostat, advised me on maintenance (changing filters, etc). They left work area clean, tested furnace prior to leaving. Very pleased with everyone we came in to contact with. Even people who answered my initial call to company. Everyone calls you and lets you know when they are on their way and when they will be there. I chose this company based on positive reviews I had read, and am happy we went with this company. more

Patchwork Court on 12/4/2015 12/4/2015

Tony was on time and did a great job today. He serviced our two Carrier heat pumps, and explained the issues with both in a very understandable way. Some parts have to be ordered for the main heat pump, and we are using the resistance heat in the main part of the house for the next several days. My wife and I really appreciate the service call today (she just called Blue Dot yesterday afternoon), as we were having problems with the main unit! Blue Dot installed the units eight years ago, and we have had a service contract with them ever since. Tony is a good example of the highly qualified technicians at Blue Dot. Heat pump repair 10/23/2015

After the first technician Thomas L. couldn't diagnose the problem with my heat pump Matt P. Was sent out. Watching Matt work I can tell you I believe he is one of the best HVAC guys I've ever seen. I've worked in the automotive industry for 42 years on cars, trucks, busses you name it. I could tell by the way Matt went about diagnosing the problem that he knows his job well. Thanks, Matt more

Our furnace went out on the weekend and we requested an emergency visit from Blue Dot on Saturday-- The web then phone interaction was great, and Carlos arrived promptly. He was very efficient, kind and courteous and was able to diagnose our problem and help us get in touch with others at Blue Dot to get the problem fixed. Thanks very much to all at Blue Dot! more

Great Service 10/2/2015

Dwayne T was our service provider and he trouble-spotted things that I would have been oblivious to. He also went ahead and changed our air filters, and checked then double checked if everything was running well. He didnt smell of smoke when he came, which I noticed others sometimes do. He was polite, helpful, and fast. We are very happy to have Blue Dot as our provider. They have great team members. more

Install of HVAC by Don, Justim, Jeff and Ryan 8/31/2015

I had a new Daikin HVAC system installed today by the crew above from Blue Dot. They arrived on time with all of the needed equipment. They worked seamlessly and kept me posted as to their progress. Jeff gave a full explanation of the programming and equipment and they cleaned everything up. A very professional experience. more

Richard H was very thorough when he came to check my central air system last spring. He had even gone above and beyond the call of duty, by quickly recommending a solution to another handyman issue in the utility room, that I had for a long time, not knowing how to resolve. His idea was economical and saved me from having to deal with further complications down the road. I appreciated him for doing this.
