Tony was on time and did a great job today. He serviced our two Carrier heat pumps, and explained the issues with both in a very understandable way. Some parts have to be ordered for the main heat pump, and we are using the resistance heat in the main part of the house for the next several days. My wife and I really appreciate the service call today (she just called Blue Dot yesterday afternoon), as we were having problems with the main unit! Blue Dot installed the units eight years ago, and we have had a service contract with them ever since. Tony is a good example of the highly qualified technicians at Blue Dot. Thanks,Tony and we hope to see you again for the next (hopefully) routine maintenance call!!! Barb and Jerry Wess
