""Let the Good Times Roll"" seems to be a mantra of the place, and it's very much true. More than anything, eating there was fun. I would recommend coming early or late if you want to dine, as the bar gets crowded, but with a good energy.
I've eaten there a couple of times but strongly recommend anything with seafood, the chef seems to have a knack with it.
The food is good and authentic. The service is outstanding, and the ambiance is phenomenal. It's truly beautiful inside with ornate woodwork, gorgeous chandeliers, and fascinating artwork and sculptures.
This is a great neighborhood place and a perfect place to take out-of-towners because Southport has become such a fun area.
Can't wait to go there during summer, when I guess they're going to have a lot of outside dinning.
