Bistango, located at the end of USC's Greek Row, is a popular spot for college students, whose choices vary from traditional pastas to salads, meats, and sandwiches. Free, freshly-baked bread is always a plus, and tastes best when dipped in the provided oil and vinegar. For those in a hurry, there's takeout, which is just as good as sit-in. more

Close to USC, good food 8/14/2005

For about the same price as eating on campus you can eat at Bistango Cafe (on Fig). The food is reasonable priced and the free bread that they serve is out-of-this-world. I like the steak sandwich and love that you can choose a Cesar salad instead of fries (especially after all that bread). The service is fast and the line is never too long. more
