As always We are beyond satisfied with the service We received from Bill's! We dropped off the vehicle on Friday, to be picked-up on Saturday... unfortunately the strut assemblies shipped to Bill's were wrong and Bob had to scramble to get the right ones, We so appreciated Bob and the service tech staying late on Saturday to get the correct parts and finish up so We'd have Our vehicle back on Saturday! Bill's is always a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and very concerned about your cars. I enjoy that they have service managers who can also help you keep track of all your cars and the attention/repairs that are needed. All six of my "babies" have been repaired at Bill's for many years and I can count on the whole team anytime. Trying to help 7/19/2010

Having Overheating issue, spent over $1000 and I am still overheating. I will be bringing it back for more work to resolve the problem, I trust Bills just can't aford this week. more
