Best mechanic I've found 4/29/2010

Everyone hates having to fix their car but if you want it done right, call Bill's Quality Auto Care. I am very impressed with their professionalism and patience as they took the time to explain things to me. I had several bad experiences with other mechanics but Bill's took care of my car's issues the first time. They are my "go-to" mechanic from now on! more

RE: Ford Ranger starting problems The best automotive service we could have imagined! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable with great customer service (we dealt with Bob). Although they missed the mark on the first repair, we returned vehicle because starting problems still existed and they diagnosed, repaired & installed additional parts for FREE! They also followed up via phone to make sure the problem was fixed, which it was, once and for all. Now that's customer service! We would recommend Bill's Quality Auto Care (and have) to others. We don't write reviews but these folks went the extra mile for us and deserve our time to write this feedback. more

I recently moved from Las Vegas and was thrilled to find Bill's. Their business is ran so well from the moment that they answer the phone till they give you back your keys. The service was affordable and they are very honest. more

I ask bill to check out my dauther's car and tell me want it would take to make it safe again. Bill provided me with all the details in writing. Which was excatly what I wanted. He provided us with a recommendation of what work should be performed first and what could be done over time. more

They always fix my car, and make it run like new. They explain the problems well and give different suggestions for fixing it for different budgets. I like the free shuttle. more

You offer the best service I have found in Simi Valley. I don't hesistate to bring my vehicle to you, and I much prefer you to any dealership. Its just too bad you guys can't do warranty service for me so I could bring my newer vehicles to you as well. more

The work was explained in a way that was easy to understand...and any extra work that could be added was also explained, along with the pricing. All work was agreed to in advance. Service was great,and the job well done...I would highly recommend Bill's to anyone needing car repairs. more

Went in for a front end alignment and had great service. Let me know about another problem that the dealership hadn't noticed 2 weeks earlier. Reasonably priced and a friendly staff. I'll be back for sure. more

Bill's shop did an outstanding job in installing a tow-bar assembly on my new Saturn VUE. The task even included drilling holes in the tail light reflectors and mounting/wiring additinal lamp bulbs. more

Their rates are not the cheapest, but the service is high quality. I never feel scammed. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and I've recommended them to several friends. Great job! more
