We've been customers since 1994 and don't go to any other mechanic because Bill's Quality Auto Care actually does excellent work. You can trust them to provide an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and a discussion of your options. Bill's guarantees its work, gives a AAA discount and has very curteous employees. The environment at Bill's is clean, safe and very professional. We highly recommend them. more

Apt. for an alignment 4/22/2010

A very good clean operation. The staff was clear and helpful and asked questions. The technician did the work, test drove the truck and ended up attending to a smaller problem without being asked. I had a very good experience and felt like I could trust them. As a woman, that means a great deal. more

Bill's Quality Auto Care 11/3/2009

The first thing you notice when you walk into Bill's place is the clean lobby, clean seats new magazines and a flat screen television. The staff is clean, professional and helpful. The work bay area is just as clean and everything is new. Testing equipment is up to date and it's obvious that the staff has been trained. I have been taking my vehicles to Bill for years. I have five vehicles and an RV. Work is done as promised and on time. I trust Bill's Quality Auto Care to do the right thing and I have not been let down. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. more

I have been taking my cars to Bill's Quality for 10 years and have always been treated with respect and care. Being a woman, I was very cautious of where I would take my car. I was afraid of being talked down to and also of being taken advantage of. The guys at Bills communicate clearly what my cars needs are and recommend services that apply to my safety first and then to my cars health. They have my business forever and I would highly recommend Bill's to anybody. They are pet friendly, too!! Pros: Very Knowledgable-Great Service Cons: None more

The best in service!! 5/27/2009

Bill's Quality provides the absolute best service for automotive repair I have found. They are very thorough with their inspections including using my history to find out what was already done. They offer AAA discounts and a shuttle service - both of which I take complete advantage. Great people and excellent follow up to make sure my car is in tip top shape. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. more

Unbelievable 4/4/2006

They replaced an air conditioner blower, then it melted! Was charged for a brake job, brakes went bad again, found out brakes were never really done. PROS: Nice people CONS: These guys have the best scam going in town. more

Not quality service. 2/20/2005

We took our car in for service and were very unhappy with the results. The work was not completed satisfactorily...my husband had to tighten numerous items on the car after we arrived home. The billing also had to be changed as they tried to charge us for services they didn't perform. We definitely won't be taking our car back to them. more
