Very friendly and accomodating. Alex noticed a bad tire and called the tire store that I purchased the tires at and Had them come and get it to make the repairs while my car was being serviced. more

QUALITY CARE 5/16/2010

I have never been treated well when it comes to a mechanic and I have to say that Bob was wonderful. He went above and beyond to care for my car and treated me with the respect of a human being. He explained everything to me each step of the way and I will always bring my car back to you with someone like Bob there. I have already recommended you to all my friends and family. I loved the candy bar!! 5/7/2010

I originally took my car to Bill's for an alignment 4 years ago and one of the guys took me on a tour of the shop. The shop is clean and he showed me all of the latest equipment they have for diagnosing check engine lights and other issues. I have been back for all of my automotive services on my 4 cars since then and have been very happy with all they have done for me and my family. I really love the candy bar at the end of the transaction!! more

We have been going to Bill's Automotive for about 10 years now. We keep going because finding a good mechanic that you can trust and doesn't try to take all of your money is almost impossible to find. They treat me well, know my name every time I call I'm treated with dignity and respect and they always let me know what service is required. They will also tell me if something isn't necessary to be done at that time so that I don't spend money foolishly. more

A little disturbed 5/2/2010

My first visit was for an oil change. At that time, it was also recommended that my drive and accessory belts were to be changed. However, after my belts were changed, several malfunctions occurred such as a blown radiator bleed screw, noisy pulleys (which went away after some time despite the recommendation by the tech to replace the pulleys) and my alternator went bad. All of which makes me think that there is a relation to the belt change. This gives me an uneasy feeling going back to this repair place. more

Bills Quality Auto Care, catered to any vehicle's need with the up-most sincerity and kindness. Their knowledge was extensive and everyone treated me as an equal and gave me the time of day to listen to my problems and help me out. I am a very satisfied customer and I intend on going back there for my oil change. (my truck had received a new fuel pump from this auto shop) more

A positive experience 4/30/2010

I asked several people about different auto repair shops and the one that seemed to be like the most was Bill's. I found that it was very easy and pleasant relating not only to the service manager but also to the mechanic. The diagnosis and investigation proved right on the mark and I only had to pay for the work needed and not a lot of extras. Many Thanks John more
