This dealer (Trevor) was very patient and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to work a deal with us and always followed up with us. He gave very detailed information on the vehicle and was courteous, professional and friendly. We will buy again from Bertera. more

Bravo gentleman 7/6/2011

Darin and Travis were very helpful under very stressful circumstances due to my Lexus blowing it's engine and Lexus warranty denying my claim. Good trade-in value almost twice what the Lexus dealer would offer on it's own IS350. Great team work, no pressure, no upsell tactics, just a straight forward hones approach. more

Couldn't ask for a better dealer 6/23/2011

Brian and the Bertera team work hard to make sure all of our concerns where taken care of. Brian is someone I will send people in to see for future sales. While waiting for the tile we where offered a rental car at no cost to us.Both of our cars where lost in a garage colapse. We couldn't ask for a better dealer. more

Very good job 6/16/2011

Our experiance with Bertera was outstanding. The sales person, Paul, did a very good job to make sure we had a good experiance with Bertera. The car was delivered in a timely manner. We got a great price and we love the car. We came all the way from Newington, CT to buy from Bertera and it was worth the trip. We would do it again the next time we are in the market for a car. more

Betera Chevy was a GREAT expereince for buying my first new car!!!! I would definately tell my friends!!! The staff there was verey friendly & helped my get the financing I needed to purchase my new car!! i was looking for a differnt vehicle when I first walked in the door but after talking to Carl I made a better purchase buying a brand new Chevy Cruze!!!! more

I had a great experience with Bertera Chevy. Great price service and overall very satisfied. They went out of their way to find a car for me which gets great gas mileage seats comfortable and looks great. I was also impressed with the cars features and technology. more

Clean and family-friendly 6/7/2011

The dealership was clean and family-friendly. Trevor was extremely helpful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and straight-forward with the information regarding the vehicles and the financing. He answered all of my questions and spend several hours with me. Even after the sale, he spent over an hour with my family and I showing us all of the options and features in the car. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.I would return myself to buy a vehicle. I would even send my daughters to Trevor to purchase their vehicles. Overall, a wonderful experience! more

The staff was courteous, dilliegent, knowkedgable and worked hard to meet my needs and special circumstances. Considering the high vlume of customers they deal with, they do a very nice job of making your car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I recommend this dealership as they have a very large inventory and as already mentioned are very professional and hard working. more

My husband and I just purchased a second vehical from Bertera. This dealership is wonderful, the sales people are friendly, the vehicals are quality and reasonbly priced. We had gone to several other dealerships and had nothing but bad exceperiences, Brian Hall and Joe Fienney made our second purchase even better then the first. Fit my needs 5/20/2011

I was very happy with the saleman, Steve Fitzgerald. I went into Bertera knowing what I wanted and he found me the right car to fit my needs. I wasn't so happy when the sales manager stepped in and threw his two cents in. He seemed more interested in closing a sale than listening to my needs and because of that he almost lost the sale! I bought the next day because of Steve and because he found me the right car! more

Bertera was able to get us the best deal on our new Chevy Traverse. We visited several dealerships before visiting Bertera and they were the best. The were the most willing to work with us to get the vehicle we wanted for the price we were looking for. They were easy to work with and there were no surprises when we took delivery. more

Very knowledgeable about the vehicles 5/16/2011

I would recommend this dealership to a friend if you deal exclusively with Trevor. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he shows to each customer and takes the time to add a personal touch to each sale. I felt very comfortable that I had his complete attention and that he was assisting me in finding a vehicle that best suited our needs. He assisted my sister in purchasing a vehicle as well and she had nothing but praise for him. I believe all sales associates should hold Trevor as a model as to how to properly sell a vehicle. When I purchase my next vehicle I will be sure to exclusively ask for Trevor. more

Made us feel like we was amongst old friends 5/12/2011

I have been to many dealers in the past thirty days , I can actually say I hate car shopping !! I walked into bertera in Palmer and was astonished at the number of customers were running around! It reminded me of a bee hive like we have here on the farm , we were greeted by a younger salesman with an amazing smile he made us feel like we was among old friends . We purchased a used 2009 chevy cobalt and were then introduced to Dan who made sure we got the best terms he worked hard with the banks... They have completely changed our opinion of a ""car"" dealer more

Very helpful, very professional 5/10/2011

I had been in the market for a particular used car and found it at Bertera. I have had experience with several other dealerships in the past, not all wonderful. When I spoke with Brian Hall over the phone, he was very helpful, very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. He was direct and upfront when we spoke, and I really valued that. He provided quick feedback and was very easy to deal with throughout. Specifically, Brian went out of his way to help make the transaction run very smoothly for me. He arranged for an inspection of the vehicle with another local dealership and organized an exchange over three hours away from Bertera to make it convenient for me. All much appreciated. Having completed the deal yesterday, I would have only good things to say about Brian...Many thanks. more

Matt bent over backwards to give us exactly what we wanted 5/3/2011

At first I thought they were gong to be like all the others, and show us things that were out of our price range, or that we really didn't want. But once we made it clear that what we wanted was what we wanted, Matt bent over backwards to give us exactly what we wanted at exactly the price we wanted to pay. We got an'08 Tahoe several thousand below KBB value. It's a super clean, 1 owner vehicle more
