Friendly greeting by Jason Ayik who immediately introduced us to Frank and showed us\r the model we were looking for. After being shown all the features on the showroom model we made an offer which was accepted. This dealership handled all of our financing concerns and we were very happy with our experience there. I am very happy with buying my new equinox at bertera. They offered the best price I could find , were willing to try n give me a fair price for a ""well used"" pick-up truck. Their financial team actually went above and beyond in getting me a better rate than I could!! This has been the best experience in buying a car for me. more

I found the car I was looking for on their web site and called to make sure they still had the car. I explained I lived in New Hampshire and that I did not want to play games. They were excellent to deal with and followed up with all details of the deal. I got the money I was looking to get for my trade and I paid a fair price for the car I purchased. They even delivered my new car to me in NH to save me the drive. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family and will probably buy my next car from them. Jay and Frank were both great to deal with. more

My husband and I just purchased a second vehicle from Bertera. (Chevy Cruze and a Chevy Malibu) This dealership is wonderful, All the people there were very pleasant to work with. The salesman Matt was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our needs. Matt made our experience quick, easy, simple & stress free!!!! The facility is very welcoming and comfortable I loved the fact that they went out of there way to put cartoons on for the kids. We will continue to shop there and spread the word to everyone that we know. Keep up the great work..... more

Back in 2011 I went all around looking for a car that I needed to get around back and forth to work, new or used it didnt matter. No dealer would work with me as my credit wasn't srong enough. I finally recieved a letter in the mail from Bertera stating that they were willing to work with m and get me a car. So I went to check it out and sure enough I was able to get a goof reliable car within a month. It was a great experience from beginging to end they worked round the clock and kept in touch with me through evey step of the process. The overall experience that I have had with this dealer weither it was sales or auto service dept eveyone was friendly and very informative. I will continue to work with them as a loyal customer. more

I saw a car That Bertera Chevy had advertised on Ebay. It was the exact model & color that I was looking for. I called he number in the ad & got a salesman who connected me with Dominick the Sales Manager. I feel that I had a fairly difficult deal for them to work with. I was trading a 2007 Civic EX for a 2008 Civic SI. I wanted to negotiate the asking price on the car that Bertera had while still getting a fair trade in value on my 07 Civic. After a short while, Dominick & I came to a very fair agreement. I was treated like a valued customer. I rarely see that anymore. Dominick & his team went above & beyond what I feel would be the norm. The car was even delivered to me in NY (2 hours away) at no additional charge. I am giving Bertera Chevrolet & Dominick the highest possible rating because they treated me as if I had been dealing with them for years. I will buy from them again & I will recommend them highly to my friends & family. more

When I went to Bertera Chevy in palmer I got the car I've wanted for years at a good price with low monthly payments. All the employees were friendly and answered all my questions. I will go back to this dealership in the future when I'm in the market for a new car. more

I think everybody did a great job! Brian was a great salesman, not pushy at all. Got a good deal on a really nice car! Very satisfied! All the employees working were all very nice, directing you to the right spot. Everyone had a great sense of humor. You can tell the dealership has a good system in place. I really liked the sales service, Eric 6/5/2012

I really liked the sales service, Eric my salesman really took alot of time explaining the features of the diffrent cars I test drove and did not feel bothered by any questions I asked or the lengh of time it took. Finance also was extreamly easy to do business with, I hate filling out paperwork and answering questions and they made it easy with very little that I had to do. I also liked the website and the prices got me in. more

I was given above and beyond quality assistance in choosing the vehicle that best fit my needs and criteria without being hassled and pressured into making a decision. My vehicle was also ready for pick up in exceptional time as not to hinder my daily routines. The sales person Larry Flakes was accessible whenever any questions arouse and answered such with precision to the best of his knowledge. My experience was definitely one to remember and the kindness and promptness of this staff brought it above and beyond!!! I hope to experience further positive encounters if need be. more

People at Bertera worked hard 7/27/2011

The people at Bertera worked hard to make me a happy camper, and they succeeded. They had the car they advertised at the price they advertised, and they were able to finance me in spite of a bankruptcy 2 years ago. I hadn't realized there was a $100 deductable on their warranty, and when my check engine light came on before the end of the 30 day warranty, I wasn't happy to discover that I would have to pay a deductable. But when the manager read my review here on dealer rater and saw that I wasn't happy, he contacted me and arranged for the repairs to be made without a deductable. Everyone at Bertera was friendly and did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer. more

Very friendly process 7/26/2011

I went to Bertera chev. because i was looking to trade in my truck if i found the right vehicle. I had seen this jeep on the lot every day as i drove to work, so i stopped and asked AJ if i could look at the inside, we took it for a test ride ( he was very helpful ) and i ended up purchaseing the jeep. It was a very friendly processs and i drove the jeep home that night. AJ called back the next day to see how everything was, if we liked the jeep and if there was anything else we needed we could just give him a call My wife thought this was very nice of him. more

Overall good experience with everyone at Bertera. Will be contacting Bertera for our next vehicle purchase. Would recommend Bertera to family and friend's looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I ask if my truck could be ready at a certain time and it was ready in a reasonable time . I would recommend this dealership and Paul to friends . more

Great team work, no pressure 7/18/2011

Darin and Travis were very helpful under very stressful circumstances due to my Lexus blowing it's engine and Lexus warranty denying my claim. Good trade-in value almost twice what the Lexus dealer would offer on it's own IS350. Great team work, no pressure, no upsell tactics, just a straight forward hones approach. Bravo gentleman more

Not a Spielberg film 7/15/2011

Buying a car is never easy. It's like ""War of The Worlds"". Not so at Bertera, everyone that I met and dealt with were polite, knowledgable, helpful and addressed my concerns and details. It was worth the 1 1/2 hour trip. Thank you, hope to buy my next car from you. more
