Wayne is truly as asset to Bell Ford and you are fortunate to have him!!! Wayne followed up regarding our interest in purchasing a different truck but was never overbearing or insistant. He was very accomodating to our schedule. When we finally arrived for our appointment, Wayne had done his homework based on notes taken from prior conversations. Throughout the entire process, Wayne was VERY accomodating. He was very patient, enthuasiastic and answered our questions thoroughly, hie demeanor was very comfortable and assuring. After nearly 6 hours, finally the decision was made and the deal was done! By this time, Wayne's day was to be done -did he leave?- Heck no!! Diligently and patiently, he proceeded to finally all the paperwork. We kept apologizing to him for keeping so late and he assured us at it was not an issue at all. 3 hours later.. DONE :) If this is not dedication, we don't know what is!! Thanks Wayne! You've gained loyal customers! more

This was our first experience purchasing a Ford. we bought a 2011 Ford Mustang GT. The prefessional gentleman that we dealt with made it even more special. Ray and Dean were honest, polite and most of all not pushy or arrogant. My husband and I had been looking at the Ford mustanf for about 3 years now but the first time we managed to actually go into a dealership. Dean was so helpful in helping us decide on which one to get. Ray got all the paperwork started it was never a hassle. I thank you. Thank you for your hospitality when we visited Bell Ford on September 11. We were there specifically to look at the 2011 Ford Fiesta. We had seen quite a write up in the Arizona Republic three of roud weeks prior to our visit, and I was quite impressed with the article and the purported in-town/highway mileage, along with the many other features of the vehicle. Our first contact was with Charles Moore, the Assistant Internet Manager. He and i had been in touch a few time via-email, as I had gone on the line to check out the Fiesta. He was very friendly and very accomodating. We talked for a few minutes with him asking the particulars of whether we wanted a sedan or hatchback, what color, etc. we were then shown to a large customer waiting area with a very well-equipped breakfats/lunch bar, where we were offered anything available free of charge; including bagels with a choice of peanut butter or cream cheese, bananas, chips, candy bars, coffees, apple, orange or cranberry juice. This was where we were seated and waited while someone went to get the vehicle we were going to look at. Scott Zuspan was the Sales Rep assigned to us, and he pulled up in a Metallic Magenta Fiesta SE sedan. we immediately went out for a test drive, with bot of us driving the vehicle. The Fiesta included quite a few "bells and whistles," probably many more than we planned on having. Our overall experience at Bell Ford with Charles Moore and Scott Zuzpan was undeniably the best experience we've ever had in our 40+ year of buying vehicles. Scott is the kind of person you can't help but like, with a Midwest upbringing, like ourselves, and he explained every feature of the vehicle, as well as programming our cell phones to work with the SYNC system. He had really done his "homework" as far as knowing virtually everything we needed to know about the vehicle. We truly feel the dealership bent over backwards to accomodate our purchase, including washing the car and giving us a full tank of gas before we left the lot. Some may venture and say "we more

I inquired via emai about a vehicle for a sale at your dealership. I received a response almost immediately from Mr. Cahn. But it was Mr. Zach Jun that i dealt with. I want you to know what a terrific guy Zach is and what a pleasure it was buying my car from him. Obviously, Zach is a very intelligent man. He knew his product so well that I suspected that he studied that night. But what impresed me the most was his proffesionalism. Appropriately dressed for business, he would have fit in any law, medical, or engineering office. And his unfailing old-fashioned courtesy to me (and others, I noticed) would make me proud to be professionaly associated with him. Finally, I need to mention CHARACTER. It is too often over-looked today. but Zach was a man-of-hisword and followed up with me on every item. You really have a high-caliber person representing Bell Ford. Ford maufactures automobile. Zach Jun manufactures satisfied customers. he deserves to be recognized for that. more

I really had no expectations as I came to Bell Ford to look for a new vehicle. we were greeted promptly, in a friendly manner, and never once felt presured or rushedin my decision making. All questions were answered thoroughly, and more information was given than was asked for. I had a positive experience at bell ford, and I would recommend Bell Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The salesperson was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable about the product. He listened to our interests and di not try to redirect us to any other vehicles. He was patient as we test drove three different vehicles. After several weeks of looking for a Ford Edge, my wife and I found a used "limited: at Bell Ford. We were greeted by Marc Magana with a big smile and handshake. Marc was professional yet non-pushy--a nice change of pace from other dealers. I will suggest Bell Ford and Marc to others looking for Ford products. more

Worst Place EVER! 2/10/2011

Good: I WAS JERKED ARROUND FOR HOURS BEFORE I WAS LET GO! TEEN DIERKS TOOK MY KEYS AND HID THEM AT HIS SALES DESK! Then they did the back and forth.What a bunch of slimy cars sales scummbags! I have never been treated so bad! And I over heard one of the sales managers I think the Customer service lady Mellissa ross talking about sleeping with a bunch of men that had reciently gotten fired by a jelous General sales manager! I was like what Why am I hearing this I just wanted to buy a car and I over hearing this. Bad: everything. Improvements: A NEW GSM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. Other: Worst trashy place ever!. more
