My wife and I stopped by Bell Fords Memorial day sale on Friday and we were looking for a new F-150 Ford Truck when we were approached in the Bell Ford Lot. We told him what we were looking for and we followed him to a group of new ford f-150 trucks. We found the truck that met our needs. He gave me the keys and the three of us took it for a test drive. We proceeded to the show room to discuss cost etc. We agreed the final price, Jim took to the new Bell Ford Service Center and all the parts that go with it. We had not been planning to purchase a new car for a couple of years yet. But that changed with the breakdown of one of our cars. Since we were not really in the mindset ( or in the most comfortable financial position ) to go car shopping right now- the smoother the process went, and the better the deal we felt we could get- then obviously the more satisfied we would be with the experience. We got the satisfaction from Chris DaCosta and the deal he put together. We had already narrowed our search to a specific model. Bell ford was offering such a vehicle at a very good advertised price. We contacted Bell Ford about the advertised deal. Chris understood our needs, and that we would have to travel quite a distance to check out the car. When the vehicle advertised was sold, Chris made sure to contact us immediately in case we wanted to cancel our trip to Bell Ford. Rather than being the end of the story however, what followed was a series of phone calls as Chris described a second car being moved to the advertised price. Since was had already test driven this model, by the time we arrived at Bell Ford, Chris had set up our purchase, and had the car almost completely prepared for us. We want to thank Chris for making this the smooth, and financially acceptable, experience we needed. more

I been buying Fords every 2 years since 1967 and this is the best buying experience I've ever had- excellent staff, no pressure, friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Bell Ford jas a clean spacious showroom with friendly service staff, free coffee and bagels for breakfest, great inventory to choose from. I reccomend Bell Ford to all my friends. more
