I went to see Aura Walker a few weeks back and I have to say that I really got help from my first session. I went in with many self-actualization goals, but also with a need to quit smoking and with severe anxiety from a life threatening accident some years back.
Her office was minimalist and very comfortable. I felt like I was in an office inside a spa (or holistic healing center!)
Aura made me feel immediately at ease and while filling out some very pointed and personal questions told me things about myself that I had never truly understood about my own personality, namely that I am an introvert, not an extrovert. Now it finally make sense why I do not enjoy parties or social events the way I would wish to.
After discussing my goals and issues, her warmth and compassion already had me feeling better and less isolated about my issues. This was before even lying down and doing the hypnotherapy! I was completely relaxed and comfortable and have for the past 2 weeks kept that same demeanor, even through some personal and business ups and downs. Although we did not treat me to quit smoking that day, the taste of a cigarette has diminished for me to the point where I am going back today to get rid of these things for good!
