Aunt Bug's Cabin Rentals

aunt bugs cabin rentals is not the home away from home they call it.so I rented a cabin mountain magic for 4 days.first we picked up the keys and everything was nice but on the way to the cabin is when all the issues started. First the map they gave us was crap.n we mussed the house y did we miss the house be the sign for mountain magic is the size of an index card so we kept going pass the house n blew out our tires so we call aunt bugs n they say there is nothing they can do not even call a tow truck y bc towed trucks can't get up after a certain hour.crap. N bc we r wayyyyy up on the mountain n they even laughed wow.next we move into the cabin after we gad to rent a car buy a tire n wait for the tow truck.now we have no phone to call out no wifi n cell phones with no resection and since it rained the cable wasn't tat great. N not to mention all the trash around the property.we also asked for a cabin that is alone n were told this was the way to go.when we pulled up there was a cabin within 200 feet so I called the office to see what was up n was then told that cabin was not rented but a hour later her comes a car load.so all in all ain't bugs is not the way to go the carelessness of there staff not to inform rentals of simple directions n all the lies r just not worth your precious vacation time keep looking. The cabin was nice I did enjoy it but all in all aunt bugs business personnel are the problem more

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Don't rent from Aunt BED bugs unless you want to get bitten several times. NO REFUND wasnt offered a new cabin without the problem. Purchased rental insurance for no reason because that doesn't even help. STAY AWAY from aunt bugs. Customer service is horrible. more

We truly enjoyed our stay . It was clean , beds were comfortable , the fire in the fireplace was very relaxing also. Hot tub was nice with the view also . Thanks again and we will return next year . more

My wife and I just got back from celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at an Aunt Bugs cabin. It was more than I had ever dreamed of. The cabin was so comfortable and pet friendly. The hot tub was just what the doctor ordered when we came back from shopping. I would definately recommend renting from Aunt Bugs again! more

we stayed in cabin Creekside Tranquility over labore day weekend and we will never use aunt bugs again. we were told to call within a two hour period inthere were any problems..the phone i the cabin did not work, the place looked like it had not been dusted in a while,there were spider webs all through the cabin and the jaquazzi was nasty..my husband got i it and turned it on and black ubble started coming out on him.,the hot tubb only had on of the jets working and the air hockey table on had air coming out in a little area.i tried to call the office and found the phones did no work..i had to use my cell phone when i could get a signal outside only to not get an answer at either number.. i called the next day and finally spke to someone only to be given excuses for the problems that i explained to him..he said he would send someone from housekeeping to our cabin but no one evere showed up.we were there another whole day and no one ever showed..to me this is a poor way to do businessand i know that someone had stayed in the cabin efore us and all that told me was that the cabin had not been cleaned more

My husband surprised me with the location of our honeymoon, all I was allowed to know was that we would be by Gatlinburg, TN and when we were coming back home.... Oh and that we would have a 13 hr drive! The cabin was so cute. One bedroom, two bath. Had an outdoor hot tub on the back screened in porch, an indoor heart shaped jacuzzi, the bedroom on the second floor making up the loft. There was a full sized kitchen, and the views were incredible! We were right off te side of the mountain looking over the houses on the other side of the valley. There was a working gas fireplace, and you weren't more than 3-5 minutes away from parking going into downtown Gatlinburg... Everything was within walking distance. It was great! We had no problems getting our key on Christmas morning, they included directions with the key to the cabin. The cleaning crew was there promptly at 10am on our morning checking out. I highly recommend this company. My honeymoon was heavenly, with a picturesque destination to boot. more
