We stayed for 7 nights at this property during Spring Break. The property was everything it was advertised to be, and the location -- about a 13 minute drive from Pigeon Forge -- provided us with an excellent location for our Smoky Mountains vacation. Our kids loved the loft with the pool table, pullout sofa, and two ""hideaway"" sleeping cubbyholes. The sunset views from the deck were a nightly ritual and very lovely. The other cabins in the area were spaced nicely apart, unlike some cabin communities I've stayed at in the area. I highly recommend this home and look forward to going back in a few years more

We loved you're cabin!! The views were amazing. Every morning we had squirrels come visit, I'm sure if we let them, they would have come in :) we enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back. more

The cabin was really nice. My family and I really enjoyed staying there. We celebrated Christmas there, although I was a little disappointed about the ""Small Christmas tree"" everything else was GREAT!! And I would really love to come back and stay again!! more

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin at Sunset Ridge. The cabin had everything we needed and more. It was nice to come back from an outing and be ""home"".\r \r The reservation process was easy and the check-in flawless. The map and instructions we were given at check-in were easy to follow and the cabin was a breeze to find.\r \r The people we dealt with at check-in we polite and competent and very friendly and helpful.\r \r The hot tub is a great asset to this cabin. I helped out stay to be more relaxing. That was the best feature of the cabin besides the quaintness of the cabin itself.\r \r I would only suggest one thing for this cabin. Please upgrade the televisions to flat screen. Otherwise everything was great.\r \r I would stay at this cabin again. We so enjoyed out vacation here. more

What a great 3 day vacation, our cabin had a pool table and jacuzie outside on the deck.\r The only thing it didnt have was a yard. Would definately go back again, we shopped around price was and it was the best value for what you recieved. more

Title: Worst people to deal with of any vacation spots I have used!!!!\r \r bad rating with BBB.\r \r Aunt Bug's Cabin Rentals\r \r Started out and was told we could cancel for any reason with insurance,purchased it.Had to cancel do to personal reasons,to to file claim and only could use medical reason.Called many times to get straight info,finally told the person who promised this no longer worked there!!I never received refund and when I called to ask what was taking so long for refund was told we did not cancel within 30 days.I gave them the persons name who I spoke with to cancel 36 days prior to scheduled check in.Imagine my surprise when I was told that person did not work there and I had canceled 27 days not 36(even though I wrote down name,date & time & asked for a confirmation # & was told I did not need one.Bad rating with BBB and I see why.Guess this will end up in small claims court. Hope you have better luck than I did with these #####!!!I (UPDATE TO TIP) 2-16-2013-I had a bad experience with them,In fact still dealing with insurance company they use (wonder if they are part of each other as they seem as bad as the people at Aunt Bug,s-lol). Wish I had reviewed them before booking.Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.Way to many other places to stay where the people treat you with respect.Just my opinion. more
