aunt bugs cabin rentals is not the home away from home they call it.so I rented a cabin mountain magic for 4 days.first we picked up the keys and everything was nice but on the way to the cabin is when all the issues started. First the map they gave us was crap.n we mussed the house y did we miss the house be the sign for mountain magic is the size of an index card so we kept going pass the house n blew out our tires so we call aunt bugs n they say there is nothing they can do not even call a tow truck y bc towed trucks can't get up after a certain hour.crap. N bc we r wayyyyy up on the mountain n they even laughed wow.next we move into the cabin after we gad to rent a car buy a tire n wait for the tow truck.now we have no phone to call out no wifi n cell phones with no resection and since it rained the cable wasn't tat great. N not to mention all the trash around the property.we also asked for a cabin that is alone n were told this was the way to go.when we pulled up there was a cabin within 200 feet so I called the office to see what was up n was then told that cabin was not rented but a hour later her comes a car load.so all in all ain't bugs is not the way to go the carelessness of there staff not to inform rentals of simple directions n all the lies r just not worth your precious vacation time keep looking. The cabin was nice I did enjoy it but all in all aunt bugs business personnel are the problem
