we stayed in cabin Creekside Tranquility over labore day weekend and we will never use aunt bugs again. we were told to call within a two hour period inthere were any problems..the phone i the cabin did not work, the place looked like it had not been dusted in a while,there were spider webs all through the cabin and the jaquazzi was nasty..my husband got i it and turned it on and black ubble started coming out on him.,the hot tubb only had on of the jets working and the air hockey table on had air coming out in a little area.i tried to call the office and found the phones did no work..i had to use my cell phone when i could get a signal outside only to not get an answer at either number.. i called the next day and finally spke to someone only to be given excuses for the problems that i explained to him..he said he would send someone from housekeeping to our cabin but no one evere showed up.we were there another whole day and no one ever showed..to me this is a poor way to do businessand i know that someone had stayed in the cabin efore us and all that told me was that the cabin had not been cleaned
