Sound Advice From The Privacy of Your Home 8/5/2015

While advice from AskDoctorParker is not meant to be the final step for your medical care that is anything beyond the basic, it can give you an idea if further medical care is needed and what to look for that would indicate a serious problem. I was trying to assess if my husband needed to go to the ER do to illness and was told that if it persisted more than three days it warranted an ER trip and blood analysis. I paid a simple fee of 1.49 and had an answer I was satisfied with in approximately 30 mintues by email. A text follow up to assure I was pleased with service followed not long after. Again, this service is not meant for information needed in an emergency. but can be another convenient source to use in your decision making process about the need and type of further care that may or may not be warranted. more

found lump on my Labrador 8/5/2015

I found lump on my lab on wed 8/4/15 could not get dr. Appt until Monday 8/10/15. I was so worried, Rosie is my baby and my husband's best friend and companion..my husband is hemiplegic. I sent question to ask doctor parker and received an answer in under 15 minutes. His answer put my mind at ease until we go to dr. I would recommend this service to every pet owner. I suspected that my medical issue was excatly what the answer was and wanted confirmation beforr i contacted a local doctor to seek medical attention. I would recomend this sight and advice to detetmine what specialty of doctor for treatment. more

Finger Numbness 8/1/2015

I was happy with my answers as I had no clue what the numbing of the fingers could be from. No solutions just suggestions but knowledge is power they say. Maybe I can get some one to treat my symptoms before I can not use my right hand to work. Which I have to do to survive. Thanks to AskDoctorParker.com for his advice. Cindy M. more

They answered my question relatively quickly and for reasonable rate. Their answer was diverted to my junk mail so I didn't see it immediately. I appreciate this service. I had no idea it existed. I am going to tell my family about it tonight. That was the best $1.49 I ever spent. The physician was rapid with his response and to the point. Mostly, it was understandable when I compared what he said to the radiologist's report. I will already have a nice understanding when I see my Pulmonologist on the 20th of August. I am sure I will come back again. God bless all of you!! more

Review for Web Question for Dr. Parker 7/29/2015

I would recommend this type of Internet query to anyone that feels the need to have questions answered aside from your own primary care dr. I just couldn't think of what my next move should be after a couple visits to my own dr without successful results. Dr Parker brought up a couple different concerns I could look into or ask my primary dr about when he returns from vacation. The cost was fair. The speed in which I got a response was outstanding! And I also got follow-up right away via text message. Over all a very good experience! more
