Put slot of time into my question just to find out that they wanted a 1.49 to answer it( the good Samaritans that they are). Realizing you can't get nothing for nothing I agree to it only to find out after they get my CC information, I was signed up for monthly services that would be charging my CC 19.99. I immediately did a live chat and cancelled right away. She advised me no further charges would be charged. Then I received an email that my question had been answered. Couldn't sign in. Went to live chat again and that's when she told me the 1.49 had been credited and account was closed. Wish I would have known that in the first place.
