Beware....service rep arrived, refused to work on my furnace because the wiring didnt look right. Now its 28 degrees out, im using the oven and a space heater for heat. He still...

Mario came out fast even though it was their busy season to fix the air conditioner. He explained what he was doing and why (and even left the old parts). The air is working fine now. I would use this company again. more

Ask for Joe Slater if you want the best air conditioning repair service. Joe is professional, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Will ask for him ever time I need help with my air conditioning. Nice to know there ar still people like Joe. more

Frankness and Integrity 7/7/2016

Joe S. serviced our AC unit, which had been fried by a power surge. He suggested cost effective measures to keep the unit running until we can have a new unit installed. He was very up front about our options and someone whose opinion was easy to follow and respect. We appreciated his honesty and skill. more

Service Call on AC Units 4/22/2016

Dennis Jr. was polite and prompt and did a great job of explaining the routine maintenance he was doing to our air conditioning units. He took it upon himself to find out about our yearly service contract that had expired, and also to solve a long running problem with the primary telephone number on the account. He also explained the need for, and the potential savings that would be realized from, some additional work he recommended that we do. We have used Andy's Statewide since we purchased the home and will definitely continue to do so. It's associates like Dennis Jr. that keep companies successful. more

Joe, the service technician, arrived promptly. He was very efficient about diagnosing the problem, had the right parts with him, and promptly fixed the problem. In addition, he cheerfully answered all questions about the problem and what he was doing to fix it. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and this technician! more

Dennis Stempien Jr was a very pleasant technician. He was very thorough in his work. He offered some very helpful suggestions in the event we needed to replace the furnace. He mentioned cost saving specials the company is offering. I would definitely recommend Dennis Jr to friends and family. more
